Congratulations to The European Society of Rheology Awardees
Congratulations to Peter Fischer, the 2026 Weissenberg Awardee
“For advancing rheology through pioneering, structure-informed methodologies that decode the complexity of food and biological soft matter and for establishing fundamental understanding across physiological function, sustainable systems, and processing-driven engineering.”
Congratulations to Mazi Jalaal, the 2026 Oldroyd Early Career Awardee
“For fundamental contributions to the rheology and flow of complex fluids with deformable interfaces, and for pioneering work in active and biological materials, Dr. Mazi Jalaal has made outstanding advances through the integration of theory, experiments, and computation, while bridging fundamental rheological physics with impactful real-world applications.”
