Dear Colleagues,
Do you have ideas on how we can increase our membership, bring rheology to kids, engage industry or be more inclusive? We are seeking your ideas to support our values and mission.
The Rheology Venture Fund has $30k available to fund two to four ventures.
Last year’s awards supported the development of a Geology-Rheology Mini Session at the 2025 SOR Meeting, the establishment of a platform for community-driven DIY rheology projects, and an outreach program Rheo4Kids that brings the science of rheology to children and teenagers in Brazil. Prior year awards went to fund the Rheology Comics, Space Rheology Initiative and Rheology Academy amongst others.
Short proposal and budger are due April 17, 2026
