April 22: Seeking host for ICR 20131
Seeking Host City for International Congress on Rheology 2031

Dear Colleagues,

The International Congress of Rheology (ICR) is held every four years and represents the largest world-wide gathering of the rheological community. In 2031, it will be hosted in the Americas.

Might you be interested in serving as host for ICR 2031? It is a great opportunity to showcase local rheology and to support the community. If so, please reach out to Jeff Morris , to discuss how SOR can be supportive of the bid and the event. Bids are due to the ICR selection committee in December.

We understand that hosting is an important and substantial commitment. To ease the burden on organizers, the SOR can make available a professional meeting planner, who can help with site scouting, contracts and other critical logistical and technical support.

Thanks,

Jeff Morris morris@ccny.cuny.edu
