Is the student expected to graduate before the 2026 SoR meeting?

Is the student in need of travel funds to cover 6 nights of lodging for the RRS and SoR Meeting?

If the student does not need lodging funds they can still apply for RRS and the costs associated with participating in RRS (meals, etc) will be covered

I commit to pay for the student to travel to and from the conference, their SoR meeting registration fee, and any additional nights of hotel if necessary to ensure full participation from the start of the RRS Saturday morning until the end of the meeting. The RRS travel grant (which the student will only be eligible for if I answered YES above) will cover hotel from check-in Friday through check-out Thursday.
